These Terms apply to every order, whatever channel it is placed through: the website, the Baby Humod app, WhatsApp, Instagram or any other social platform, phone, or any other channel. Sending, confirming or paying for an order through any of these channels constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full, including the photography and publishing rights in Section 15, exactly as if the order were placed on the website.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Eligibility
Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the website or place orders unless under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using our website, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement.

15. Photography and Publishing Rights
The customer acknowledges and agrees that all designs and completed works are created and executed by Baby Humod Store. The store retains full intellectual and marketing rights, including but not limited to photographing the final product and publishing or using it for advertising, promotional, or informational purposes.
The customer has no right, before or after order completion or delivery, to request the prevention, removal, or modification of any published content (photos or videos), provided that such content does not include explicit personal data such as phone numbers or addresses.
Completion of the order and payment, through whatever channel the order was placed (the website, the Baby Humod app, WhatsApp, Instagram or any other social platform, phone, or any other channel), constitutes explicit and final consent to all terms stated in this section, and the store shall have no legal obligation to remove or alter any published content thereafter.
16. Customer Responsibility for Personalisation Details
The customer is responsible for checking all personalisation details before placing the order, including the spelling of the name, the chosen colour, font and size, and any uploaded designs or files. Orders are produced exactly as entered, and any error in the details provided by the customer is not considered a product defect requiring remaking or a refund.
17. Photos, Colours and Sizes
Product photos on the website are for illustration. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, materials and lighting. Embroidery, printing and finishing may vary slightly from piece to piece, and sizes are approximate; this is not considered a defect.
18. Designs and Content Provided by the Customer
The customer confirms they have the right to use any image, design or text they send for their order and is solely responsible for any third-party claim. The store may refuse to produce any content that is unlawful, offensive or protected by third-party rights, in which case the amount paid is refunded.
19. Child Safety
Our products are keepsake gifts and newborn items, not toys, and some include small parts or accessories (such as pins, clips, acrylic and wooden pieces). They must be used under adult supervision and kept out of reach of young children. The store is not responsible for any use that does not suit the nature of the product.
20. Offers and Discount Codes
Offers and discount codes are subject to the conditions announced with them, cannot be exchanged for cash, and only one code applies per order unless stated otherwise. App-exclusive codes work only on orders placed through the app. The store may change or stop any offer and cancel orders where codes are misused.
21. Errors in Prices or Information
If a clearly wrong price or detail appears because of a technical or human error, the store may cancel the affected order and refund the full amount paid, or contact the customer to confirm the order at the correct price.
22. Receiving Your Order and Reporting Defects
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If there is a manufacturing defect or a difference from the order details, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review and resolve it. After this period the order is considered received in good condition.
23. International Shipping and Force Majeure
Customs duties and taxes in the destination country (if any) are paid by the customer. The store is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as courier delays, customs procedures, public holidays or emergencies.
24. Limitation of Liability
In all cases, the store's liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product, and the store is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website, the app or the products.
