At Baby Humod Store, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. Due to the custom nature of our products, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges after the order has been delivered and completed. Our products are made specifically according to the customer's request and cannot be resold to others.
Terms & Conditions for Product Modification:
- Modifications can only be made before the design process begins (within the first hour of order confirmation).
- Modifications include changes to the clothing color, size, or name.
- After the order is confirmed and received, no modifications can be made to the product, as it is custom-made for the customer.
- In case of order cancellation, it must be done within the first hour of confirmation, and the full amount will be refunded.
- Modifications or cancellations are not possible once the product design process has started.
Refund Terms & Conditions:
- Full refunds are only provided for cancellations made within the first hour of order confirmation.
- Refunds are processed back to the same bank account or payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund processing time for cancellations:
- Bank Transfer within Kuwait: 3 to 5 business days.
- Bank Transfer within the Gulf Countries: 5 to 7 business days.
